What did our guests say about their Dalmatian yacht cruise?

We arranged for 2 days of private boat tour with Royal Dalmatian- from the very beginning Renata was professional, well organized and extremely helpful. She arranged for two spectacular days with a fun and professional crew- Captain Franco and First Mart Jösko were great and showed and explained so many things. The provided us with great snacks, wine, juice, water and they were flexible with what and where we wanted to stop! Together we were 3 adults and 3 kids ages ranging from 13-72. everyone has an amazing time and it was pegged and the highlight the Trip. Strongly recommend Renata and her team!

Unbelievable Experience! I give this Agency 5 stars! If you're looking to maximize your vacation in Croatia... then I suggest contacting this company. They gave us a private tour to Blue Cave, Island of Vis, Hvar, and some other hidden coves. Having a private tour was WAY better than sharing with a group. We got to do so much more!

Angela Rivadeneyra

I am from the United States, and I've never experienced a tour like this before. Being on the boat on the sea was so awesome! And having the freedom to have fun on the boat made this tour even better. Book with these guys... you will get to se it all! They don't mess around!

Renata and her team are excellent and professionals - you will have amazing time and experience

Dubravka Birimisa

BEST TOUR I'VE EVER BEEN ON! I couldn't have asked for anything better on my vacation. This agency does it all and they are so accommodating. Definitely recommend booking with them! This private tour is so much better than the large group tours other have to offer.

Marko and Renata took us island hopping for a full day. Besides being absolutely lovely people, they knew all the cool spots and their history. From diving off the boat into the clear water to eerie military tunnels, cute towns and exciting waves; a brilliant day thanks to our gracious hosts!

Royal Dalmatia was excellent in customer service and coordination of our boat trip from Split to Hvar and the surrounding islands. They also coordinated an amazing, authentic cooking class! My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience. Our skipper was also a great choice and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Royal Dalmatia again and have already recommended them to our friends, family, and strangers alike!

When is the best time to visit Dalmatia on a yacht?

Thanks to the agreeable Mediterranean climate, the hot and dry summers mean there is no better time to book your Dalmatia yacht charter than during summer. As most travelers flock to Croatia from June to August anyhow, this is no surprise. And thanks to mild and wet winters and pleasant off-season weather, your cruise of the Dalmatian Coast can begin as early as April and continue well into October when the never-ending summer weather lasts a bit longer than it should. That is not an uncommon occurrence in Dalmatia, after all.

Must-visit destinations on your Dalmatia yacht charter

Explore Dalmatia’s most famous town Dubrovnik, one of Croatia’s most-visited destinations, where beautiful medieval walls captivate anyone on vacation in Croatia. Move up the coast to the enchanting Elaphiti islands archipelago, onto the ‘mini Dubrovnik’ island town of Korčula, and unearth the mostly untouched island of Vis. The famed Hvar and Pakleni islands archipelago are a luxury yachter’s dream, while the seaside city of Split has so much more than Diocletian’s Palace and is the perfect starting point to explore the nearby islands of Brač and Šolta. Šibenik sits on the coast as the only town in Croatia with two UNESCO heritage sites and prime access to the well-known Krka waterfalls. And then there is Zadar, a popular summer city from which you can discover the nautical paradises of Kornati National Park and Telašćica Nature Park, with the chilled islands of Dugi Otok, Pag, and Ugljan within reach.

Your Dalmatia yacht charter impresses with some of Croatia’s best bays and beaches, from Sakarun and Veli Žal in the north to Zlatni Rat and Stiniva in the south. It is a region with UNESCO heritage, ancient architecture, and cuisine founded upon the revered Mediterranean diet. Whether looking for casual homestyle meals at traditional tavern restaurants, relaxed island lunches, or fancier Michelin-star dining along the coast, Dalmatia offers something for all tastes.

Take the day to explore the best of the Adriatic Sea, or hop off and head inland for an adventure into Dalmatia’s hinterland. No matter which coastal town, tiny village, or remarkable monument you meet on your Dalmatia yacht charter, your vacation will surprise you with authentic hospitality and a charming look into local life dressed in a Mediterranean landscape that’s hard to beat.

Dive into your Dalmatia yacht charter and contact our charter consultants to find your perfect yacht today!

Route map

Morning sailing with swim stop

As you rise refreshed in the morning and enjoy a leisurely breakfast, you’ll be so glad you chose this holiday. The MS Adriatic Sun, our home for the next week and every inch the private yacht, slips out of the harbour and out to sea. Split soon fades into the distance but we will of course return at the end of our cruise. It is impossible for large cruise liners to visit the charming and almost deserted hamlets accessible to our smaller yacht cruiser.

We will have time for a swim stop this morning before enjoying a delicious lunch on board, as stunning views of this spectacular coastline drift by and it’s not long before we arrive into the historic town of Korčula.

Ruled by the Venetians for 800 years, it is rather reminiscent of a much smaller Dubrovnik, with its host of tangled lanes so typical of medieval Mediterranean ports.

The town is a charming small fortress, celebrated for supplying timber for the wooden walls of Venice and its harbour was a major shelter for the Venetian fleet. You’ll find architectural gems at every turn in its narrow-cobbled streets. Famous for its artistic and musical traditions, Korcula has its own unique sword dance, the ‘moreska’, and a form of a-capella singing, but is much more famous as the birthplace of the explorer Marco Polo. His house can still be visited, as can the All Saints Museum with its glorious collection of Byzantine icons.

After our guided walking tour you are free to explore this beautiful town further. You take dinner at your leisure tonight.

Included experiences:

Swim stop & guided tour of Korčula.

St Domnius Cathedral - Spilt, Croatia

Mljet & Dubrovnik

The Dalmatian coastline is legendary: one of Europe’s most dramatic, extending for hundreds of miles, where steep limestone cliffs plunge into sapphire-blue waters. The mirror-like Adriatic is studded with countless islands, some tiny, some large, some inhabited, some not.

We arrive at Mljet, one of the most seductive of such islands, where the hillsides are clad in a green carpet of lush pine forests bringing that instantly recognisable Mediterranean aroma to the air. Nestling in picturesque coves are medieval fishing villages, refreshingly free from tasteless development, where the alleyways are simply pebbles set into the earth and overhead shutters sway precariously in the warm, gentle breezes. Life here continues much as it has for centuries.

After lunch on board, there will be the opportunity for a swim, then sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular views as we cruise into the magical city of Dubrovnik.

During tonight’s dinner the ship will cruise alongside the ancient city walls before dropping anchor.

Tour of Mljet’s national park & swim stop.

Mljet, Croatia

Awaking in this most magical of cities, after breakfast we take a guided tour of the old town, an independent city-state for much of its history, it has evolved differently to the rest of Croatia. The city threw off its Venetian shackles during medieval times founding a commercial empire trading with the eastern Mediterranean, France, Spain and later the Ottoman Empire.

As so often happened, the city began to reflect its resultant wealth and today this wonderfully Baroque city proudly nestles behind its huge imposing ramparts in a situation of outstanding natural beauty. The main avenue, lined by intimate cafés, is completely paved with gleaming marble, which dazzles in the sunlight and gives credence to the city’s description as the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’.

You have the rest of the day to explore at your leisure. Throughout the city you will find a wonderful array of monasteries, beautifully decorated churches and civic buildings dating from the 14th century. This evening, enjoy another delicious dinner in one of the many traditional restaurants in this most beguiling of cities at your leisure.

Included experience:

Guided tour of Dubrovnik’s old town.

Dubrovnik, Croatia

Pelješac Peninsula

Over breakfast this morning we say our fond farewells to Dubrovnik as the mighty walls of the old city slowly fade away into the hazy horizon. One of the huge delights of taking this kind of cruise, is that our ship can sail between the smaller islands, normally inaccessible to the larger cruise liners, so you can experience fabulous coastal views in a much more intimate way. Sit back and relax over lunch on board and absorb the stunning coastal spectacle before you, as the sun glints on the crystal-clear waters.

As we glide on past these truly beautiful seascapes, undiscovered beaches with secret coves and tiny traditional hamlets, unchanged for decades, we arrive at the pretty little seaside village of Trstenik on the Peljesac Peninsula. Nestled at the foot of the rolling hills behind, this picturesque, secluded spot is famed for its wine production where generations of families have produced excellent wines for hundreds of years.

Alternatively, we’ll moor in the picturesque village of Lumbarda on the historic island of Korčula, with its glorious stretches of beach, backed by olive groves and fragrant pine forests.

We remain moored overnight, so take dinner at your leisure in this charming spot, where you can really feel like you are getting away from it all!

Visit to Trstenik or Lumbarda.

Pelješac Peninsula - Hvar, Croatia

Morning cruising with swim stop

After breakfast, you can take to the deck to see the spectacular coastland sliding by as this morning we cruise northwards. There will also be the opportunity for a swim stop here in one of the world’s most beautiful stretches of water.

We lunch on board before disembarking this afternoon into the delightful and bewitching little town of Hvar in this enchanting archipelago.

Wandering here is pure joy and remarkably, it’s so compact and cosy, the streets don’t even have names. With its freshwater springs, the island is unusually green, its hillsides boasting spectacular pine forests.

Elsewhere you’ll find olive groves, orchards and vineyards, the aromatic pleasures of the island exemplified by the delicate fragrance of abundant lavender fields. Hvar has been inhabited since Neolithic times; later, the ancient Greeks founded a colony here, and during the 14th century, as the Venetian Empire extended its influence, it became a major naval base. Also on the island’s northern shores are some distinctive fortified 16th century buildings, built to repel pirates and assaults by the Ottoman Empire.

After exploring Hvar’s agricultural, historical and cultural splendours on our guided walking tour, dine at leisure where you wish. The ship remains moored on the island overnight.

Swim stop & walking tour of Hvar.

Hvar, Croatia

Bol & Split

This morning’s cruise brings us to Brač, the largest of the islands on this dramatic stretch of coastland; a typically Mediterranean landscape where its spectacular beaches give way to high pine forested uplands, and where a rich harvest of vines, olives and orange trees crowd the fertile valleys. Once dependent on its grape harvest, the island also relied heavily on the export of its stone – a mixture of marble and limestone – used in the construction of Diocletian’s Palace but also of buildings as diverse as the White House in Washington to Berlin’s Reichstag and closer to home, the high altar in Liverpool’s cathedral.

We head to the picturesque town of Bol, and you might like to take the opportunity for a swim from the stunning beach, aptly named Golden Horn beach.

During lunch back on board we cruise back into historic Split, principally famous for a single building, the Emperor Diocletian’s huge palace, one of the greatest structures of the Roman Empire. No expense was spared in its construction - the best Italian marble, with columns and sphinxes from Egypt.

But what makes this palace so astonishing is that during medieval times it was fully integrated into the town’s fabric with a jumble of buildings grafted onto and inside it. This means, for example, the temple of Jupiter became a baptistry. It’s all the more fascinating that today 3,000 people still live here. You will find surprises at every turn: there are tall medieval buildings lining the streets but buttressed by unmistakably Roman columns! We have a guided walking tour of this fascinating complex which has recently been used as the setting of the TV spectacular ‘Game of Thrones.'

By the time you have breathed in the atmosphere and history of this glorious part of the coast, it’s time to relax back on board as the Chef presents the Captain’s Dinner – a delicious selection of Croatian and Mediterranean specialities. Later the bar waits for a digestif and the chance to reflect on treasured memories of this wonderful journey with newly made friends.

Central Dalmatia

Central Dalmatia

Home Destinations Central Dalmatia

Central Dalmatia is one of those places of which you can’t get enough. Here you can taste what true Mediterranean feels like: great weather, exciting history, vibrant cities, delicious cuisine, friendly people, islands, and coastline to feel in love with while sailing along beautiful islands such as Brač, Hvar, Vis…

It doesn’t matter if you prefer spending time in nature or you are into exciting cities - Central Dalmatia has it all. Beside exotic islands and tempting crystal clear sea, one of the most important parts of this area is city of Split, which was initially founded as summer mansion of Roman emperor Diocletian, which later on developed into vivid cultural and historical capital of the entire region. The town of Trogir is other fascinating city in this area. Often called a museum town due to its rich Romanesque, baroque and Renaissance monuments and architecture. Like Diocletian’s palace in Split, the historic city of Trogir is listed under UNESCO world heritage.

  • DIOCLETIAN'S PALACE IN SPLIT - the true beauty of Roman heritage
  • TROGIR OLD TOWN – a museum town
  • HVAR OLD TOWN – a place to have fun while exploring medieval history
  • PAKLENI ISLANDS – alluring Mediterranean archipelago
  • THE BLUE CAVE (BIŠEVO ISLAND) – the spectacular game of light
  • ZLATNI RAT IN BOL - ISLAND OF BRAČ – a heaven for windsurfers

Sightseeing spots

Founded as ancient Greek colony, some say that Trogir is one of the most beautiful small towns in the world. Maybe it has to do with combination of Greek, Venetian or Roman heritage or simply the fact it is located on the small island between island of Čiovo and mainland which it makes it picturesque and loved by from guests from all over the world. Other beautiful city in the Central Dalmatian area is Split, a second largest city in Croatia. Enriched with history and beautiful sights- Split is all what is Dalmatia all about.

Croatia – Central & Southern Dalmatia

Croatia was where it all began for us. The birthplace of both our Director Sasha and High Point Yachting itself, we have a wealth of insider knowledge to share with you. It is the ultimate destination for all the dedicated sailors out there. The charming towns give way to beautiful rocky and pebbly beaches, engulfed by turquoise seas that lap at its shores. And the delights don’t stop there: the restaurants serve an array of mouth-watering dishes, heavily influenced by Mediterranean cuisine, all of which are accompanied by the finest wines originating from one of 300 geographically-defined wine-producing areas.

Croatia – Central & Southern Dalmatia highlights

Central and Southern Dalmatia offer a great combination of charming towns and ports and beautiful bays, both on the islands and on the coast. It is an area that people revisit over and over again. Here you can find insider knowledge from the experts and some useful tips on where to go and what to do.

Croatia – Central & Southern Dalmatia destinations

Crewed charters are one of the most elegant ways to travel sustainably and many yachts are navigating innovative new solutions to ensute their environmental impact is lept to a minimum. With an industry that relies on the health of our oceans, at High Point Yachting we are passionate about educating all those we work with on the importance of sustainability conscious charters.

With over thousand islands and many not-to-be-missed sailing routes in Croatia, where do we begin our yacht charter?!

Perhaps the most popular route is Split – Central & Southern Dalmatian islands – Dubrovnik. This is an area rich in history, amazing architecture, charming old towns and beautiful bays. High Point Yachting offers a fantastic selection of crewed sailing yachts, gulets, catamarans and motor yachts for a memorable yacht charter in Croatia. Although Croatia has been part of the European Union since 2013, the country still uses the Croatian Kuna as its currency. Yacht charters are quoted and paid in Euros, but when in Croatia, everything is charged and paid for in the local currency. English is widely spoken in Croatia The gastronomy on the Dalmatian coast is exceptional. It is particularly rich in sea food, but also offers some excellent speciality meat and vegetable dishes The local wines are varied and at the top end of the market, comparable with the best in the world There is an Oyster farm in Ston on Peljesac peninsula, alongside some of the best wineries in Croatia There is a wonderful restaurant on Palmizana, tucked away among the pine trees and cactuses, in the most beautiful and wild botanical garden, with colourful works of art everywhere around. The owners have been collecting modern art for half a century. Dalmatia is home to five UNESCO’s World Heritage sites – Dubrovnik, Split, Trogir, Sibenik, and the island of Hvar.

With over a thousand islands and many not-to-be-missed sailing routes in Croatia, where do we begin? Perhaps the most popular route is a one-way route between Split (or Trogir) and Dubrovnik. One-way route can be organised with crewed charters, but it is subject to a yacht’s availability. Many consider it a must as it covers the most popular cities in coastal Croatia, Trogir, Split and Dubrovnik. Split and Trogir are next to Split Airport and Dubrovnik is a short drive from Dubrovnik Airport. Both are international airports and there are many flight options that will allow guests to fly into one airport and out of the other.

Trogir, Split and Dubrovnik are incredible cities, all UNESCO stamped. We highly recommend spending an extra couple of days at least in each one just to explore them. It is well worth it. They are towns with incredible histories, culture and architecture.

The Dalmatian islands are quite close to each other which allows for shorter daily legs and time for on-land activities, too. The area offers a perfect combination of charming old ports and beautiful anchorages. This area has always been a gourmet paradise for foodies and there are similar treats in store for wine lovers, too! In the middle ages these islands were on the main trading routes from Venice to the East. As a result, there are some stunning towns on islands such as: Korcula, Hvar, Starigrad, and Vis.

Trogir Croatia

Trogir is one of the most beautiful Italianate towns on the Adriatic coast. It lies on a small island between the mainland and the island of Ciovo. This is an immaculately preserved town with a maze of cobalt street and stone houses, with amazing architecture and something interesting to see wherever you look.

Right on the edge of the town, there is a Kamerlengo Castle, or the remains of it. It can still be visited and views from the walls are fantastic, across the town and its waterfront. St Laurence Cathedral is built in the Romanesque and Gothic styles. It is part of the reason the town is UNESCO listed.

The Benedictine Nunnery in the town is over 900 years old and was dedicated to St. Duje originally, the patron saint of Split, who was martyred by the Emperor Diocletian. According to folk tradition, the church’s larger vestry was the meeting point for the first Christians and St. Duje. An early Christian inscription was recently found there. It is now dedicated to St Nicholas. The monastery houses the oldest painting in Trogir, the “Madonna with Child”, and the Kairos Collection. The marble relief of Kairos, the God of Luck, dates back to the 3rd or 4th century BC and was made in a workshop in Athens. There are similar foundations in Dalmatia in Zadar, Šibenik, Hvar, Krk, Pag, Cres and Rab.

Where to dine, what to do?

  • There are many options in the old town where the atmosphere is marvellous. We recommend booking with the RESTAURANT ‘TRS’ .
  • Get yourself a Kairos! To remind yourself never to miss an opportunity.
  • Wonder around the streets of the old town. There is a great feel to this place and it is incredibly beautiful and interesting.

Split town in Croatia, UNESCO Herritage, Diocletian Palace

A few miles to the south Split, built around the Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, offers incredible Roman remains and a vibrant Medieval town centre with restaurants, bars and the famous waterfront Riva, an ideal place to sip an espresso before boarding a yacht.

How many people get to claim the Palace as the view from their hotel or apartment room?

Split is an incredible town with centuries-old stories. It was built by the Roman emperor Diocletian in 305AD as a retirement residence. It has been lived in ever since and the locals are very proud of it. It is a home to beautiful piazzas, quirky shops, excellent restaurants and bars and a beautiful promenade by the sea. It is full of life and an ideal base to spend some time in. There are several great boutique hotels, but the restored apartments right in the palace are what we most recommend. Experience this extraordinary city by living within the 1,700 year old walls. This is a city with a great vibe.

  • Guided tours are highly recommended in Split and they can come with wine and food tasting. Local tour guides are fantastic!
  • When scrolling through the maze of the palace streets make sure you look up, too. This is a lived-in palace and you will notice anything from crisp white sheets on a line drying, beautifully shaped windows and balconies, neighbours chatting, displayed art by local artists… It feels like walking through time.
  • Take a walk to get to the top of the Marjan hill. The views are beautiful!
  • Dine at funky BOKERIA , or at a very local VILA SPIZA , or on the terrace of the ARTICOK . Talk to us, there is a lot more.

Town of Vis, Croatia - High Point Yachting

Saved from any unsightly development by the island’s secret military status under Yugoslavia, both Vis and Komiza are charming towns.

The island was originally a Greek settlement, but it was also the centre of the Yugoslav resistance in the Second World war and remained a military base after 1945. Foreigners were only allowed on the Island after the 1990s. There is a great round-the-island tour that shows the role the island played in the war.

This is done in a 1974 terrain vehicle, used for getting to the places that one can’t reach on foot, including the highest peak on the island, from where the view is just wonderful. The tour ends in the local Winery and dinner in a family run local restaurant where one can also enjoy a Peka, a traditional Dalmatian way of cooking. A peka is a large, domed iron lid that covers and bakes food for a long period of time (around 6 hours). The secret of its success is that it stews and roasts at the same time.

Both Vis and Komiza are beautiful ports with old stone houses and they offer some excellent restaurants tucked away in their narrow streets. The Island of Bisevo nearby hides an extraordinary natural phenomena—the Blue Cave. At noon, the sun pours into the cave from under the water, creating the most magnificent turquoise light.

  • Restaurant Villa Kaliopa has a wow factor for all foodies and historians out there – sit in a gothic-renaissance garden dating back to the 16 th century, surrounded by palm trees and Gariboldi’s muses.
  • Restaurant Val – The owner, Luce, is a passionate traveller and she has seen the world. Her stories are wonderful and her locally inspired sea food is outstanding!
  • Go for the genuine PEKA at Roki’s vineyard, just a 15 minute drive from town of Vis.

Orebic and Ston are historical towns. The walls of 14 th century Ston are still extraordinary. It used to include 40 towers and five forts, and stretched for 7km. Twenty towers and 5.5km of wall are still standing, arching far up the hill between Ston and Mali Ston.

  • Visit the Ston Walls

Sipanska Luka, island Sipan - High Point Yachting

ELAFITI ARCHIPELAGO

Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan make the Elafiti Archipelago. All are beautiful to visit and offer great anchorages. The island of Sipan is particularly interesting. Sipan retains an air of faded glamour that dates back to the 16 th century when the Dubrovnik aristocracy used it as their summer retreat. The remains of those summer houses are still there.

The hills are full of vineyards, olive and citrus groves, some sleepy villages, lovely bays and there is the pretty little town of Sipanska Luka (with a traditional Dalmatian feel with terracotta roofed houses, marble streets and some great fish tavernas).

  • Rest and unwind, these are tranquil islands, serene and peaceful (Kolocep and Lopud are entirely car-free)
  • Restaurant BOWA is a new modern concept and it has been highly recommended.
  • Restaurant KOD MARKA , is a local taverna that has been popular for years with yacht charters.

Dubrovnik

There is so much that one can say about Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful and best preserved towns in the world – rich in history, beautiful architecture, set in a fantastic landscape, glamorous, romantic, great cuisine… Unmissable. We highly recommend spending a couple of days or so in Dubrovnik before or after your charter.

  • Walk a full circuit (just over a mile) of the magnificent 13th-century city walls
  • Stroll along the limestone-paved Stradun, sit for a coffee, a home-made cake and enjoy the magical ambience of the old town
  • A guided walking tour is highly recommended!
  • Take a cable car ride to the Hill Srd to enjoy the incredible views of Dubrovnik and to find out more about the town’s history.
  • Restaurant 360 in the city walls. Spectacular position! Very stylish!
  • Restaurant PROTO , great choice for sea food.
  • Rooftop restaurant in the old town, Above 5 , for fine dining and beautiful views

The most beautiful beaches in Dalmatia

By the beaches of Dalmatia, we also mean the most popular Croatian beaches. Regardless of which region we choose for our holiday, we will definitely find a nice stretch of beach. And if we rent a boat or a yacht, several of these beaches become accessible.

Vela Plaza-Baska:

This is probably the most famous beach in Croatia. It is located in the southern part of the island Krka. It can be found in a nearly 2-kilometre-wide, secluded bay. The island has gradually deepening waters and a pebbly beach.

The Queen’s Beach – Nin:

Nin is in the northern part of Dalmatia. Its sandy beach has a coastline of about 8 kilometres; the nicest part is at the village called Sabunike. It was named after the wife of the first Croatian king who loved this area above all the other parts of the region.

Punta Rat-Makarska:

This beach is located on the Makarska Riviera in the town of Brela. It was once included in a list of the 10 most beautiful beaches by Forbes magazine. Punta Rat’s speciality lies in its crystal clear water and the thick pine forest surrounding it. It has a pebbly beach that is fairly sandy near the sea.

Lovrecina Bay – Brac Island

The island of Brac can be found in the center of Dalmatia. It is a special spot, as all you can find here is a beach and the remains of a monastery. Its whole coastline is covered by red terrain which paints the water red as well.

The largest cities in Dalmatia

Besides the beaches, the cities of Dalmatia are also worth visiting. You can find the most popular and diverse cities in Croatia here.

If we are planning on a round-trip, we might want to consider Zadar – the northern bastion of Dalmatia – to be the starting point. We can easily reach several famous sights from here, for instance, the Plitvice Lakes or the Telascica National Park. Along with hiking adventures, it is a good idea to visit the Church of St. Donatus as well, which is the symbol of the city.

The largest city of Dalmatia. Diocletian’s Palace can be found here; the building is 700 years old and is protected by UNESCO. The city is famous for its beautiful beaches and islands as well. More information about the city of Split.

A small coastal town with a medieval atmosphere, located a few kilometres from Split. You can see traces of the Renaissance era on its buildings, and the city itself has a rich cultural heritage. The main sights are the city walls and the UNESCO-protected castle.

One of the main characteristics of the city is the 2-kilometre-long wall that surrounds the whole town. It is often referred to as the city of culture, mainly because of the Dubrovnik Summer Games, taking place on a stage on the 37-meter-high St. Lawrence Fortress. More information about Dubrovnik.

National parks and islands:

The region also has the most wonderful national parks in Croatia. The two most famous ones are the Kornati National Park and the Krka National Park. The Kornati archipelago is amongst the world’s largest island groups. The national park includes almost 140 – mainly uninhabited – islands. The Kornati islands are a must-visit destination in terms of cruising opportunities. The Krka is the most beautiful karstic river in Croatia; the mouth of the river offers an amazing view.

If you get hungry, there is a bar, a restaurant, and a grocery store on site. Sibenik sailing , rent a boat Sibenik

Dalmatia is a real gem in the Adriatic region. There are wonderful beaches, cities with attractive culture and dozens of islands to visit here. It is probably worth organizing a longer trip so that we can explore as much as we can, and have a truly unique experience. Dalmatia sailing routes , rent a boat Croatia
