- Don’t forget to pack swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen to enjoy all the aquatic activities comfortably and safely.
- The proficient crew on the boat is multilingual, facilitating easy communication.
- The private trip can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring an exclusive experience.
- The yacht is equipped with spots for sunbathing and shaded sitting areas to suit your preference.
- Please note that the yacht is not wheelchair accessible.
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated areas on the yacht.
- Life jackets are readily available on the boat. While wearing them is not mandatory, should you feel more secure and prefer to wear them, please indicate so in the order note. Additionally, if sailing isn’t to your liking, we can ensure a stable, safe boat trip without it.
- If you desire a sailing experience, please make a note of it in your order. However, if you lack sailing experience, there’s no need to worry! The boat can also cruise gently, allowing you to relax and enjoy the views, food, and drinks. It doesn’t necessarily have to be an adventure.

- Meeting Point: Puerto de Mogán, Gran Canaria.
- Participants are required to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Karolka Yacht Charter Gran Canaria Policy
- Weather Dependency: This experience relies on favorable weather conditions. If unfavorable weather necessitates cancellation, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered. Please note, only the captain holds the authority to make this decision, not the client.
- Late Cancellation Fines: Late cancellations and no-shows result in substantial losses and inconvenience due to crew allocation and prepared food and drinks.
- Ending the Trip Early: Refunds are not provided if you wish to end the trip early or if you fall ill.
- Marine Life Encounters: While encounters with marine life are possible, they are not the main goal of the trip, and sightings are not guaranteed. We maintain a respectful distance on such occasions to avoid distressing the marine life.
- Special Arrangements & Extended Rentals: For unique dining preferences or extended boat rentals, please reach out to us. We aim to customize our services to meet your needs and provide a memorable experience.
- Complaints Procedure: Any complaints should be addressed with the crew on the day as Club Canary representatives are not present. We cannot assess situations or issue refunds without the captain’s permission once you have boarded the boat.
- Acknowledgment: By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to comply with the stated policies above.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests accepted without penalty up to 6 days in advance should be submitted to [email protected] .
- Cancel 4-6 days prior: Receive 40% of the paid money back.
- Cancel 2-4 days prior: Receive 20% of the paid money back.
- Cancel less than 48 hours prior: Receive 10% of the money back (fuel savings).
- No shows or cancellations less than 6 hours prior: No refunds, no exceptions.

This popular show is dedicated not only to the specialists of the market segment and professional sportsmen but also to those who consider sailing sport to be their hobby and well cherished dream.  The project is the result of joint efforts of the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre and the National Marine Industry Association. The event is supported by Aston Martin Moscow, Burevestnik Group logistics department and the Yachting specialized magazine. Moscow Boat Show is the largest project in Russia presenting all the best in the world of yachting. The exhibition annually shows high level of attendance and has already proved as significant and noteworthy event in the world of yachts and boats. Every year new exhibitors join the list of participants, genuine “sharks” of yachting business, the quantity of visitors considerably increases and the exposition becomes more sated and diverse. The best companies professionally involved into yachting and small navigation business – 180 exhibitors from 17 regions of the Russian Federation and 15 countries traditionally presented the best and the newest in the world of yachting at 2011 edition: from design and facilitation of vessels and up to cruising and training courses for beginning skippers. In 2011 the overall exhibit space comprised 18 000 sq m. More than 25 000 visitors came to the show.
