Turkish shipyard Mengi-Yay has launched the first of its Virtus 46 models, the luxury yacht LA VIE .

Known as NB101 during production, motor yacht LA VIE has naval architecture by Ginton Naval Architects , exterior styling from VYD Studio and interiors from Leonardo Santini Design. Golden yellow and contrasting dark chocolate accents highlight the warm cream tones used throughout the interior, adding to the sense of space and serenity within.

The first two Virtus 47 hulls were sold in February 2021, and all Virtus 46 models are customisable. As standard, the main deck Master suite comes with a fold-down terrace, and the main salon aboard M/Y LA VIE comes with a fold-down terrace on both sides. Other customisable features include the option of the Jacuzzi and pool in different configurations, the choice of a longitudinal or transverse tender garage and even the position of the superstructure.

Owner’s Suite

The upcoming 47.2m/154.10ft NB102 will be launched in a couple of months, while the 47.3m/155ft NB100 will be launched in 2023. Both of these will have interiors by Red Yacht Design.

Introducing La Vie, Mengi-Yay's flagship 47.8-meter yacht

The exterior was designed by Studio VYD, the interiors were created by Italian designer Leonardo Santi.

Turkish yacht yard Mengi-Yay has officially unveiled its 47.8m flagship motor yacht La Vie, the first vessel in the new Virtus 47 line, which was launched in the spring of 2022.

The exterior of La Vie was designed by VYD, the interiors were designed by Italian yacht designer Leonardo Santi, and the naval architecture by Ginton Naval Architects.

Constructed of aluminum and steel, this superyacht has a huge beach club with swivel tables and hydraulic steps, as well as a swim platform with easy access to the water. The dining area is located on the main deck aft. The forward deck has another area for lounging during the day. A separate private space is also designed in the enclosed lounge area, with additional lounge chairs and cozy armchairs.

The main salon and the owner's cabin are equipped with transforming multifunctional balconies. La Vie also has a transverse or longitudinal tender garage, several pools and jacuzzis and other options that can be changed at the request of the owner at the stage of ordering a yacht.

The vessel can accommodate up to ten guests in five cabins, as well as seven crew members in four cabins. The maximum speed of the yacht is up to 14.5 knots, or can be reduced to 12 knots when two CAT engines are connected.

Several other yachts are currently under construction at the Mengi-Yay shipyard, including two more Virtus 47Ms. In addition, the Atlante Mistral 41 is under development, with the first one to be launched in 2023 and the second to go on sale.

The interiors are spacious, functional and bright with alternating precious materials such as white marble, leather and lacquered wood.

Entering the salon from the cockpit, there are three comfortable sofas facing each other for an informal lounging area. Moving forward to port and starboard there are two separate day heads before moving forward into the main dining area. A large round dining table adorns this area with seating for 10.

A fully equipped galley is found forward on the main deck and with direct access to the main dining area. The galley also includes a crew mess area and laundry.

The Owner's cabin is midships and full beam. The large bed is positioned to the portside and a spacious owners lounge is found to port which is an ideal area to relax. The master head is athwartships and features double sinks and a rain shower.

The sleek foredeck forms part of the yachts aggressive style, and a large sunpad is fitted in the bow area forward for use underway.

The aft deck is reached from the transom via sweeping steps to port and starboard which lead you to the main deck lounge area. C-shaped lounges face forward whilst an exterior bar sits centrally making this the idea place to entertain guests.

The low profile sundeck is accessed via steps from the cockpit aft, or a central stairway forward leading to the forward end of salon. Here we have a jacuzzi bath aft with surrounding sunpads, lounges and occasional tables. A wet bar and grill can be found forward port making a perfect place for sunworshippers and those seeking privacy on board.

El director de Tiburón tubo una primera embarcación de lujo bautizada como Seven Seas obra del astillero holandés Oceanco, pero la vendió en 2021 al multimillonario canadiense Barry Zekelman por nada más y nada menos que 151 millones de dólares. Dos años más tarde, esta misma compañía construyó, en colaboración con Lateral Naval Architects , una versión más moderna del Seven Seas y aunque la identidad del comprador no fue revelada todo apuntaba a que el estadounidense podría haber decidido hacerse con él.

Esta embarcación tiene 109 metros de eslora y 16 metros de manga y su diseño pertenece a Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design. Con líneas fluidas y una elegante forma, presenta un avanzado casco de acero, una superestructura de aluminio liviana y cubiertas de teca. En palabras de sus creadores, el Seven Seas supera los límites del diseño técnico y el rendimiento gracias un extenso programa de optimización y pruebas de diferentes modelos, lo que da como resultado una increíble silueta.

Por su parte, los interiores son obra de Molly Isaksen Interios , compañía que ha utilizado gran cantidad de materiales naturales y amplios paneles de vidrio que permiten disfrutar de las excelentes vistas durante toda la travesía. Dispone de siete cabinas que pueden acomodar hasta 14 invitados y a una tripulación de 35 personas. Tilaa LVI-huolto ajoissa

Vesi- ja ilmastointijärjestelmien, esimerkiksi putkiston kunnosta kannattaa pitää huolta. Mikäli huoltoja ja mahdollisia korjauksia ei tehdä ajoissa, muun muassa erilaisten vesivahinkojen riski kasvaa. 

Jos suunnittelet kodin remonttia tai epäilet vesi- tai ilmastointijärjestelmäsi kaipaavan huoltoa tai uudistusta, ota meihin yhteyttä. Me tarkistamme tilanteen ja hoidamme tarvittaessa esimerkiksi ilmastointilaitteiden huollot. Toteutamme tarvittaessa myös LVI-järjestelmien täydelliset saneeraukset.
