Wir sind Marie Schneider und Jens Rabenstein von der Bootsmaklerei.

Wir vermakeln Segelyachten und Motoryachten in der Lübecker Bucht. Unser Spezialgebiete sind der Verkauf von Segelyachten und die Beratung von Kunden beim Kauf einer Blauwasseryacht. Wir sind beide begeisterte Segler und haben unsere Leidenschaft zu unserem Beruf gemacht.

Mein Name ist Jens Rabenstein

Ich bin 1974 in Düsseldorf geboren und im Münsterland aufgewachsen. Seit 18 Jahren lebe ich in Lübeck. Vor dem Makeln von Booten war ich 13 Jahre als selbstständiger Goldschmied tätig. Eine fast zweijährige Auszeit unter Segeln, gemeinsam mit meiner Frau, führte uns von Lübeck über den Englischen Kanal, die Biskaya, entlang den Küsten Spaniens und Portugals zu den Kanaren. Seit der Rückkehr widme ich mich ganz der Leidenschaft für Boote. Ganz nach dem Motto „Gestalte dein Leben“, habe ich schließlich die Entscheidung getroffen, mir neue berufliche Ziele zu setzen. Jetzt, nach mehrjähriger Tätigkeit in dieser Branche und stetig wachsender Nachfragen, gilt mein besonderes Augenmerk der Präsentation und Erstellung von Exposés. Bildqualität und Videobearbeitung sind für mich von großem Interesse. Der Kunde soll sich ohne Schönfärberei in das Boot verlieben können. Käufer und Verkäufer wollen sich gut begleitet fühlen. Daher ist mein persönlicher Anspruch, den Kunden so zu behandeln, wie ich selbst behandelt werden möchte.

Mein Name ist Marie Schneider

Seit 2021 bin ich Teil der Bootsmaklerei. Ursprünglich habe ich als Volkswirtin und Statistikerin gearbeitet, doch nach einer Auszeit auf dem Wasser, die mich auf eigenem Kiel von den Niederlanden über den Atlantik in die Karibik und weiter führte, war klar: Boote sind meine Passion. So habe ich vor einigen Jahren meine Selbständigkeit, Marietim , aufgebaut und betreue Menschen, die sich auf ein Leben auf dem Wasser vorbereiten, berate sie beim Bootskauf und vermittle Knowhow in Sachen Segeln, Ausrüstung und DIY-Bootsrestauration.

Nun freue ich mich, dass ich den Verkauf von Booten zu meinen Tätigkeiten zählen darf und mein Wissen bei der Bootsmaklerei einsetzen kann. Mein Anspruch ist es, für jedes Schiff ein hochwertiges, ehrliches Exposé zu erstellen und Kundinnen und Kunden bestens zu betreuen, damit jedes Boot einen neuen Eigner findet, der lange Freude daran hat. Hierfür greife ich auf mein Wissen zurück in den Bereichen Social Media, Fotografie und Videografie. Ich liebe meinen Job, weil ich täglich mit schönen Booten zu tun habe und interessante Menschen kennenlerne.

Rabštejn - zřicenina hradu - Rabštejnská Lhota

Jméno zříceniny malého hradu ze 14. století Rabštejn nebo také Rabštejnek vzniklo z původního německého názvu Rabenstein, což v překladu znamená havraní hnízdo. Tomuto označení odpovídal i jeho vzhled. Vlastní hrad se totiž nacházel na sever od předhradí na nevelkém skalisku a jelikož bylo pro hrad na skalce malé místo, musel být stavěn do výšky.
