Built in 2001, Silencio is available for charter and sale.
Sailing yacht Silencio was built by Perini Navi and is the third yacht in their successful 50m series. Completely refit in 2012, she has a sleek exterior and a sophisticated light and airy interior by award-winning designer Christian Liaigre.
Her contemporary interior can sleep up to 12 guests in five generous staterooms, with a master suite that can be transformed into two separate staterooms if needed.
At 50 metres, she has plenty of space to offer on board and she makes a swift and sturdy charter yacht reaching speeds of up to 15 knots. She is fully MCA certified and has only recently completed her 10 year ABS survey. She has also had her entartainment and navigational equipment upgraded.

The 49.8m SILENCIO yacht for sale from Perini Navi offers the best of both worlds, being regatta-ready while providing unparalleled comfort at sea making her one of the most attractive large sailing yachts on the water.
Exterior Design & Engineering
Originally launched in 2001 as the third yacht in Italian yard Perini Navi’s popular 50-metre series, in 2012 SILENCIO yacht for sale underwent an extensive refit. With naval architecture by Ron Holland and exterior design by Perini Navi, SILENCIO motor yacht has a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure.
During her most recent refits, in 2021, SILENCIO sailing yacht completed her 20 years ABS survey and was given new main, mizzen and Genoa sails; while in 2022, her audio-visual equipment was all upgraded.
Powered by twin 979hp Deutz engines, SILENCIO has a range of 3,500 nautical miles and reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots and cruises at 12 knots.
SILENCIO yacht for sale has beautiful outdoor spaces, expanded during her 2012 refit, including a stunning aft deck terrace, with plenty of room for sunbathing, and a sunken lounge for alfresco dining, plus a fold-down swim platform. Inside, SILENCIO’s main deck comes with a large entertainment centre in her main salon and is bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows that surround it. She also has a separate formal dining room for enjoying sit-down meals with the family.
Interior design
As part of her 2012 refit, SILENCIO yacht had her interiors transformed with the lightness of touch of award-winning designer Christian Liaigre, who has created an ambience of timeless sophistication in his custom design. Throughout there is an abundance of cherrywood cabinetry, with tasteful white and grey upholstery, and lots of modular furniture allowing for flexibility.
SILENCIO yacht can accommodate 12 guests across five luxurious cabins, which include a full-beam Owner’s suite that can convert to two separate suites as required. The rest of the guest accommodation includes a double and two twin cabins. SILENCIO sailing yacht can also accommodate nine crew across four cabins.

The ‘Silencio’ was built in 2001 by Perini Navi and last refitted in 2012. The 163.39ft /49.8-m custom superyacht was previously named Perseus and boasts a lavish interior, designed by Perini Navi. Her exterior styling is the work of Christian Liaigre.
The vessel comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with 4 comfortable cabins, and easily accommodates 9 crew members on board to ensure you get the most out of your time on the water.

The yacht has a cruising speed of 11 knots, and also comes complete with a modern stabilization system to reduce roll motion even during rough seas, and the yacht also has ‘at anchor stabilizers’ to keep things smooth even at anchor/zero speed.

PERSEUS for charter
For charter guests looking to either join the regatta circuit, or just kick back in effortless style in the Med, SILENCIO yacht offers the best of both worlds.
Built in aluminium and steel, SILENCIO yacht is a fast, stable sailing yacht from Perini Navi, which has proved herself a highly capable racer having won both the Cruiser Racer division at the 2018 Perini Navi regatta and the Cruising Class division at the 2019 Loro Piana regatta. She also has everything on board to ensure a fun, relaxing family charter away from the starting line.
SILENCIO's Christian Liaigre interiors are reassuringly traditional, with cherry wood cabinetry in the large salon, which comes with a big TV screen with on-demand films, plenty of big, plump sofas, and a separate dining room forward.
SILENCIO can accommodate 10 guests across either four or five cabins, including a full-beam master, which can convert to two cabins, a further double, and two twin cabins. There are also two additional Pullman berths, and this flexible arrangement makes her ideal for families.
Out on deck, SILENCIO has a generous and open sun deck, with plenty of room for sunbathing, exercising, and making the most of the 360-views.
A sunken seating area is a cool space for dining alfresco and taking in the sea air either at anchor or underway.
One of SILENCIO's most appealing attributes for the charter market is her packed toy box, which comes with a trio of Seabobs, a Lift e-Foil, two Jet-skis, a pair of Jetsurfs, water-skis and towables.
SILENCIO yacht also comes with a pair of William Jet Diesel RIBs, which can accommodate seven guests each, so guests can enjoy shore excursions and high-speed adventures as a party.
