We Snorkeled, seen dolphins, and had so much fun at the natural pool. I even had a photoshoot with the photographer while at the natural pool. I love the photos by the way and the photographer comes with the boat rental. The crew was great and very protective of us which I loved. Would definitely book again and I recommend.

My family had an amazing time, The boat was beautiful big and clean. The crew was really good! Anna was amazing she was so much and friendly and very helpful with our little ones. My whole family had an enjoyable time one of the best days of our trip was here.

We had so much fun with our crew. The posting was 100% accurate but the only fruit offered was a lil plate of pineapple and some chips (the round nacho style ones but no dip so they’re pretty dry). This wasn’t a problem since we made sure to eat prior to departure. They only had rum and Coke to offer for alcohol but our group was also fine with this (nonalcoholic was water, lemonade, watermelon juice, orange juice). They do take you to the natural swimming area also where there are people selling drinks and food in case you want something different or that they don’t offer. The boat was perfect for our party of 9 (8 adults and one infant). Tomas (captain), Ana (tour guide), edwin, and Edison (photographer) were so great and were so thankful for their service. Amazing experience, highly recommend! Definitely buy a photo package they’re so worth it!

Me and seven other of my friends had the pleasure of sailing on one of spices boats, they picked us up that was all included with the price and dropped us back to our hotel. Her staff was amazing and very fun inviting and we had a great time lots of laughs lots of dancing and drinking , music was on point there made sure to include our Soca music the boat was really nice we snorkeled and swim in the ocean . I recommend spice and her team it was a 10 out of 10. They also had photography on the boat that you were able to pay for and we loved all of our pictures. The food was really good. We had drinks, fruit, chips and salsa and we celebrated a birthday, which they also provided the cake, it was a wonderful amazing time. The best part of our vacation in Puerto Plata Dominican Republic

VICTOR was EXCELLENT! The service was top notch! The boat is very clean and they supplied everything we could have needed. They even walked around while we were in the water serving is salsa, guacamole, and chips! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!

I had the pleasure of taking my PADI Open Water course with Lise and her team at, El Tour Caribe. It was very clear early on that Lise was not only a thorough educator, but through her teachings she’s really sharing her passion for scuba and the ocean with you. I completed 4 dives total, and brought my family along for a fun dive on my final day. They also loved their experience! I couldn’t recommend this team enough… if you’re visiting the Dominican Republic and looking for a private tour to discover scuba with friends and family, or maybe you want to get certified yourself and become an ambassador of the ocean… look no further!

Absolutely fantastic day trip! They exceed all expectations. Very well organized. Edwar is a blast and makes everything fun. All equipment is new and super clean. Nobody will leave hungry and the food on the island is delicious. Highly recommend El Tour Caribe!

We got us a private tour after seeing the fantastic reviews on Google. We had 10 of us, 4 adults and 6 children. Half the group got picked up from punta Cana and the rest meet on the beach at bayahibe. Lise was our fantastic guide who let us start early and to beat the crowds. At every spot we were ahead of the herds of other tourists and had the best spots all to ourselves. We had a. Captain and a snorkeling guide on board too. Lunch on the island wad delicious and all drinks and snacks included. If you have a group of you I highly recommend the private boat. Its not much more per person than the generic boat tours that squeeze too many on a boat. You will have the best day. The kids loved the speed of the boat. Lise knows the area so well and is a joy to talk to. She has perfect English and does all the translation you need with any Spanish people if you need. Thank you so much!

There were 6 of us, my wife and I, our 2 adult daughters, and 2 friends all in Punta Cana to celebrate our daughter’s 30 the birthday. Our Airbnb host recommended Lise Menard, (the owner of El Tour Caribe), who happened to live in the same complex as the host. After calling Lise the first morning after our arrival, she came over within 15 minutes to speak with 6 of us personally to see what we wanted to do and offered some excursions. Our first excursions was the to the Samana peninsula via reefjet plane; transfer to a mini bus took us to ranch; boarded horses for the trek swim in “Salto El Limón” waterfalls, back to ranch for lunch, bus back down the mountain to board a boat and go to Cayo Levantado Island, have beach time and go back to mainland and airport then fly home. Our second excursion was a snorkel/discovery dive excursion to Saona Island on which Lise led the dive instruction. We enjoyed this tour so much, that we went on a third excursion which included 3 more PADI scuba certification dives (with Lise) for 2 of us and snorkeling for 2 others. Before and after our excursions, Lise answered all our questions via WhatsApp (such as recommended tips for guides and local golf courses) and provide pictures of our upcoming tours, additional recommendations for restaurants. In addition, the driver for our excursions also escorted our daughters & friends to a nightclub. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend Lise and El Tour Caribe for your excursions! In addition to an amazing tour operator and dive instructor, Lise is an author of book series “Remi the Lost Manatee” Children's Book! During our van trip to the dive areas, Lise educated our group on the coral restoration efforts and the educational mission of FUNDEMAR- an organization dedicated to promoting the sustainable use of marine ecosystems and coastal resources in the Dominican Republic.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What an amazing crew, best dive trip I’ve ever been on, dive guides were outstanding, boat crew (Edward, Victor, Ida, the Captain) I can’t say enough about the trip other than don’t miss this one! Can’t wait to come back and dive and party with them again! Love y’all!!!

We just returned from our trip with El Tour Caribe. What an amazing experience. We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the boat. There were only two of us to enjoy the huge boat for the day. We started with snorkelling over the sunken ship. Continued to the reef, and completed our day in the natural sea pool surrounded by the star fish. The attention and service were received were impeccable. We had a pleasure of being with Lise and Franko for the day. We felt pampered! We also saw some rare incredible sea creatures. The Dominican Republic is a sovereign state occupying two-thirds  of the island of Hispaniola , leaving the remaining one-third to the west to the nation of Haiti.

Christopher Columbus ‘discovered’ the island of Hispaniola on December 6, 1492, when he landed on the island’s western shores, now Haiti. The island became the first seat of the Spanish colonial rule in the New World . The Dominican people declared independence in November already in 1821 but after many turns and rulers it was not until after the late 1970’s when the state has moved toward representative democracy.

The nature of Dominican Republic is truly unique. At over 3000m in altitude the highest peak in the Dominican Republic and all the Caribbean islands, Pico Duarte and it’s slightly smaller twin summit  La Pelona , resides in the Cordillera Central range , the greatest of the Dominican Republic’s mountain chains, located in the centre of the island. Surrounding these magnificent mountains the foothills are filled with a mixture of fertile fields and farmlands before beautiful coastlines with long stretched white beaches and superb golf courses.

Santo Domingo

Santo Domingo , officially Santo Domingo de Guzmán , is the capital and largest city in the Dominican Republi c and located on the south coast of the island of Hispaniola. This colonial town, founded in 1498 after Columbus’s arrival on the island, was laid out on a grid pattern and became a city model for the New World. Today Santo Domingo is the largest metropolitan area in the Caribbean by population.

Listed on the UNESCO’s World Heritage sites the city in dubbed with “Outstanding Universal value” – UNESCO’s Colonial City of Santo Domingo : “First permanent establishment of the « New World » and capital of the West Indies,the Colonial City of Santo Domingo – the only one of the 15th century in the Americas – was the place of departure for the spread of European culture and the conquest of the continent.”
