If you need to cancel your booking, let us know in advance. We understand things can change. Customers can cancel this service within 48 hours without any charge. Depending on when you cancel, there might be a fee. We’ll do our best to be fair and find a solution that works for everyone.

Children’s Policy

Kids are welcome aboard, but safety comes first. Children under 10 years old must wear life jackets when they’re on the deck or in the water, no matter how good a swimmer they are. We don’t take care of watching children, so a responsible adult needs to keep an eye on them.

Refund Policy

We hope you have a great time with us, but if something comes up and you can’t make it, we understand. Refunds will be initiated through the original mode of payment. Please wait for up to 40-45 days for the transfer completion. Depending on the situation, we might be able to reschedule your trip or give you a voucher for another time. Let’s talk about it and find the best solution.

Additional notes

• Safety is the first priority at Royal Star Yachts, especially during stubborn weather. If conditions aren’t safe and pose any risk, the journey will be delayed or canceled. We will be compensating for it by arranging an alternative tour. If that’s not possible, the royal star yacht will provide you with a voucher for a future trip.
• If there’s any damage to the yacht made by the client, he/she will be notified about the damage within a day. A contractor will be mediating to provide an official quotation for repairing or replacing the damaged item. Work out a solution together.
• We strictly do not accept any loss resulting from sickness, death, injury, etc.
• Everyone under 21 needs to have an adult supervising them.
• Food brought onboard needs to follow UAE health rules.
• Sorry, but no pets allowed – it’s the law.
• No smoking inside the yacht, please! It is allowed only in designated areas. We want everyone to enjoy their trip. Failure to obey the rule will result in sudden termination of the charter.
• No open flames are allowed, except under special circumstances such as candles on a cake. We want to keep everyone safe.
• For the littlest ones, only kids over one year old can come on boats smaller than 40 feet.
