The absolutely best experience and…

The absolutely best experience and service I have seen in a long time. Ashton, Mike, and Tavi really went above and beyond. They really killed it. You guys at Pop Sells have a really good team and a great concept. It really makes the buying and selling process a breeze. Ashton and Mike really went far and beyond with reaching out on a regular basis asking about the process and making sure everything was going smoothly. And Tavi (Local Rep) even came to the site and helped out with some technical issues with the camper and had a lot of good insight and advice with this Lance trailer. Team Vincent produces results

It was time to sell my parents much beloved 1978 Chris Craft 410 Commander. The boat has been in our family since 1989 so it was an incredibly difficult decision sell. It was of extreme importance that Pop find the right buyer for our beloved boat. Someone who would love her and more importantly, someone who would properly take care her the way my father did. Team Vincent (Bradley & Kristy), met with me to discuss my parents boat, take pictures and more importantly listened. We have never sold anything.

We have never sold anything directly and we didn't know what to do or what to expect. Pop Sells took care of everything for us and made things relatively easy. Thank you to Steve who handled the listing and pictures and keeping us updated along the way, and Tracy who handled the closing of the sale.

Unprofessional Consultant

We were excited to find an RV that we liked and started negotiating a price that would work for the seller and our family with a Pop Consultant. The Pop consultant became very unprofessional and wrote us the following email below after asking us why we were not willing to pay the sellers counter offer. I’m only sharing an excerpt as not to break any trustpilot review rules. The consultant wrote: “…No, the seller is not interested in more negotiations. When you go into negotiations don't go in thinking how much you can take from the seller, especially when they have taken great care of the vehicle. Or tell the seller what the value of his RV is. Or what you think He should be selling it for…” I think a simple, “ No the seller does not accept your offer” would have been sufficient. No, I will not be using this platform to purchase an RV. No I do not recommend PopRV

I recently closed the deal on a class A Rv with pop sells and the process was very easy. Cory Davies was the selling rep and was most professional in every aspect. I felt like he represented me equally vs. the seller in negotiation of the sale price Closing dept was amazing as well. Way to go Pop Sells!!! We will highly recommend in the future!!!

Company requires you to sign a contract before they will present an offer to the Seller. Signing a contract before you inspect the vehicle, you have to be kidding. There are many other ways to sell your RV, skip POPs.

I highly recommend!

I am extremely happy with my experience of purchasing a camper via POP and highly recommend their company. I must admit, initially I was skeptical because I'd not heard of POP or used a brokering agency... so I turned to Facebook friends and had several responses, all responding with positive reviews. From day 1 of making an initial phone call, each communication with my POP agents, whether via phone, text, or email, was prompt, professional, informational, and friendly. Each agent, Frank and John, and the accounting personnel, kept me frequently informed and provided clear instructions on each process from beginning to end. They served as mediators between the seller and myself, which helped eliminate the awkwardness that can occur with negotiations. There was a glitch that occurred during the closing- no one's fault- a previous clerical error on the title that had never been caught. It was going to delay the loan process for 4 weeks. The POP agents maintained contact with me several times each day until we found a solution around the situation. Without the glitch, from day 1 to possession would have been 7 or 8 days; with the glitch it was 10 days. I'll 100% use POP in the future!

Can anyone tell me how we get Pop RV to…

Can anyone tell me how we get Pop RV to provide the title to the RV we purchased through them? It has been a month - they have taken our money and will not answer any phone calls, texts or emails. We now have a gigantic lawn ornament that can't be legally driven. We were told the title was being fedexed the week of July 4th.

Team Vincent was great. I was looking for an rv for a few months when I ran into them and they made my experience so much easier. They pretty much took over and did all the leg work for me. They saved me from one potential disaster and then found me a perfect ride that I’m sure I couldn’t have managed on my own. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market!
