It’s worth noting that the aluminum construction incorporates a recyclable material... however, this 82, announced two years ago, is not as virtuous as the collaboration with Silent Yachts would have us believe - it’s primarily powered by traditional internal combustion engines. The layout is customizable, with generous natural lighting thanks to large windows and ultra-comfortable cabins – 195 square feet (18 m²) for the Owner’s Suite. As for the aft cockpit, it can be transformed into a huge bathing platform thanks to the hydraulic platform and folding bulwarks. Two units have already been delivered, and two more are scheduled for delivery this spring.

TESTIMONIES OF PASSIONATE OWNERS Join the Excess tribe !
"Customers love the aft helm position for the sensations, it's different from other catamarans! "
Hereiti and Manutea
"In Tahiti, there are children who have never seen the sea, and we'd like to take them sailing. It's part of one of our projects with the Excess 11".
Hinatea & Tristan
"I like this boat because it's fun, it's fast and it also allows you to cruise, so it's a good mix between cruising and fast sailing."
Ned and Misala
"I found that sailing was both relaxing and stimulating, as well as a good escape from the stress of my profession. »
“I love both the profile and the “hybrid” concept, halfway between a traditional monohull and a very cruisey catamaran such as a Lagoon. It's comfortable and easy to sail, with no more water on deck... And ladies prefer a boat that doesn’t heel!”
“I've been seduced by the performance of the Excess range, and that’s really why I've just bought an Excess 14, which for me is the ideal compromise. For me, with my sailing experience, it’s interior space and habitability, it meets all my expectations!”
“We spent exactly 365 days onboard of our Excess 11 in both the Mediterranean and the Caribbean and loved the combination of comfort and sailing performance. We never imagined that taking showers or cooking while crossing an ocean would be so much fun!”
Marco and Lizzy
“In our opinion, this is the perfect compromise between comfort under way and at anchor, and great sailing sensations with performance that frequently impresses us! It sails very well upwind as well as in light airs. From 7 knots of apparent wind, we move faster under sail than under motor. We don't regret our choice one bit, and enjoy every day spent on board our Silène.”
Marion and Arthur
"The boat was really light and fast, the mainsail is laregerand easier to operate. The sails can be hoisted and lowered very quicly... The self-tacking of the foresail, ma,ny catamarans don't have this. This one is especially good for leisure sailing, family outing, for the begginers starters... First of all, it's covenient. That's impportant, it's easy to maneuver, it's easy to get started."

Last month, Rafael Nadal received his fully custom Sunreef 80 Power and things appear to be going swimmingly. The Polish shipyard has released pictures of the 34-year-old tennis pro aboard the luxury catamaran and he’s smiling like he just won a grand slam. That’s because, in the marine world, he did. Great White represents an ace in high-end multihulls.
Nadal first commissioned the 80-footer back in July 2019. The ultra-modern cruiser was specially designed for the current World No. 2 and his wife Maria by the Sunreef team. The all-rounder combines five-star comfort with exceptional seaworthiness and has an epic interior fit for a tennis king.
Sunreef Yachts
The yacht’s sizeable living space spans just shy of 4,000 square feet and is one of the largest in class. It has been fully decked out with no expense spared to the exacting standards of keen yachting enthusiast Rafa. The centerpiece is a stunning master stateroom, which features a flip-down ceiling TV above the bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a plush sofa and a private fold-out balcony where the Spaniard can catch some rays. The craft can sleep up to eight guests in total across three roomy cabins and a starboard owner’s suite. Of course, there’s also room for crew.
Elsewhere, there’s a generous light-filled saloon complete with luxe contemporary furnishings, a dining space that seats eight people, and a lounge area with two 77-inch televisions installed back-to-back for obligatory tennis watching.
Outside, meanwhile, Great White has a full-beam alfresco dining space at the stern with its own weatherproof TV and a luxurious flybridge where guests can lounge about on big sun pads and enjoy a bar and yet another pop-up TV. She also sports a wide hydraulic swim platform that offers an extra sunbathing spot by the water, plus an aft garage that holds jet-skis, water toys and a requisite tender.
As to be expected, the cat’s exteriors are as equally impressive. Built in composite, Great White sports a sleek silhouette and clean lines for which Sunreef is renowned. She’s fitted with two 1,200 hp engines that help her run like a star athlete and give a top speed of 24 knots or cruise speed of 14 knots.

Italian Officials Investigating Deadly Yacht Sinking That Killed 7, Including Tech Tycoon
Italian prosecutor Ambrogio Cartosio said it was "probable that offenses were committed," though an investigation is still in its early stages.
Despite an unexpected weather event believed to have been the cause of a deadly yacht sinking off the Italian coast, investigators aren’t ruling out criminal charges just yet.
On Saturday, August 24, 2024, Prosecutor Ambrogio Cartosio of Sicily’s Termini Imerese announced a probe into whether the actions of crew members (or lack thereof) caused the ill-fated Bayesian to claim the lives of seven people, according to the BBC . Criminal manslaughter and negligent shipwreck charges are possible for some aboard the 184-foot sailing luxury yacht, which sank off the coast of north Sicily’s Porticello on Aug. 19, 2024, when a violent and sudden storm swept the area at around 4:00 a.m.
As reported by CNN on Monday morning, the inquiry extends to the ship’s captain, 51-year-old New Zealander James Cutfield.
“For me, it is probable that offenses were committed — that it could be a case of manslaughter — but we can only establish that if you give us the time to investigate,” Cartosio told reporters, according to the British outlet.

It was widely reported that sudden weather phenomena, including tornadoes, caused the British-flagged ship to capsize. But according to Cartosio, an in-depth investigation would determine whether death could have been avoided despite what is now believed to have been an unexpected downburst wind, per BBC.
“There are many possibilities for culpability,” said Cartosio, according to CNN . “It could just be the captain. It could be the whole crew. It could be the Guard. We are evaluating all of the factors to see whose behavior fault can be assigned to.”
Once the ship can be salvaged from the sea floor, then investigators can determine whether hatches had been open, which could account for why it only took 16 minutes for the ship to completely sink. Operations remain challenging, however, as the boat — described by Vincenzo Zagarola of the Italian Coast Guard as an “ 18-story building full of water ” — remains 160 feet below the surface.
The potential discovery of the vessel’s black box could also help authorities understand the cause behind the maritime disaster.
Who was on the sinking yacht?
There were 22 people aboard the Bayesian: 12 passengers and 10 crew members, according to BBC . Seven people went down with the super yacht, which was moored only about 500 meters from the shoreline. Those who perished included U.K. tech tycoon Mike Lynch and his 18-year-old daughter, Hannah.
Mr. Lynch’s wife, Angela Bacares, survived the wreck.
Others killed included Morgan Stanley Bank president Jonathan Bloomer and his wife, Judy Bloomer; Lynch’s American lawyer Chris Morvillo and his wife, Neda Morvillo; and Canadian-Antiguan yacht chef Recaldo Thomas.
It’s been reported that the voyage was to mark Mr. Lynch’s June 2024 acquittal in a U.S.-based $11 billion fraud case. Mr. Lynch, dubbed “Britain’s Bill Gates,” was accused of inflating the value of his company, Autonomy, before selling it in 2011 to American tech company Hewlett-Packard.
In separate news, Mike Lynch's co-defendant in the fraud case, former Autonomy Vice President of Finance Stephen Chamberlain, 52, died on Monday, Aug. 19, 2024, after being fatally struck by a car while jogging in England's Cambridgeshire, according to The Guardian . British Police ruled there was nothing " suspicious or untoward " about his death.
The accident occurred two days earlier, though Chamberlain was taken off life support the same day as the yacht's sinking. A Cambridgeshire Police spokeswoman told BBC that they were "satisfied" that Chamberlain died as part of a "tragic road collision" and were "not going to Italy" to continue their investigation.
The driver, a 49-year-old woman, stayed at the scene and was cooperating with authorities .

How did the yacht sink?
Witnesses reported seeing a waterspout — a tornado that forms on the water — but authorities are now saying the yacht fell victim to a downburst, according to the BBC. The National Weather Service defines downbursts as powerful winds that move down from thunderstorm clouds and spread quickly once hitting the ground. They are “often misinterpreted as tornadoes” despite being separate entities.
Local fisherman Fabio Cefalù told The Guardian that he arrived at the docks at about 3:30 a.m.
“At 3:55, a sort of mini tornado arrived,” Cefalù said. “I have seen many storms in my life. But I had never seen anything like this. I saw the wind sweep the chairs and tables of the bar, heading toward the boats in the harbor. The docks diverted the whirlwind, which went straight toward the yacht.”
The boat’s stern (rear) began sinking before rolling over on its starboard side, prompting passengers to head to the port-side cabins, where those who died were trapped and where “the last air bubbles formed,” according to the BBC.

Rescue operations were a race against time
Prosecutor Cartosio told reporters at Saturday’s press conference that the Coast Guard was called to the sinking ship at 4:48 a.m., but it had already sunk by the time they arrived. It was determined that the vessel reached the sea floor within a short 16-minute window .
Recovery of the bodies occurred in the days following the tragedy on account of search difficulties such as debris and low visibility.
Raffaele Macauda of nearby Palermo’s Coast Guard said at Saturday’s press conference that “there wasn’t anything to suggest” something as severe as a tornado, according to BBC. However, he noted that vessels were designed to monitor such weather events, and “one would have thought that the captain had taken precautions.”
One of the passengers, a British woman named Charlotte Golunski, said she’d been tossed into the water with her 1-year-old baby in her arms.
"It was all black around me, and the only thing I could hear were the screams of others," she told the BBC.
Those who survived scrambled onto a lifeboat before being rescued by local boats, which were left unscathed by the storm.
Giovanni Constantino, head of the yacht’s manufacturer The Italian Sea Group, told BBC he believed precautions not taken by the crew could have equated to disaster, especially since bad weather had been forecasted.
“Before the storm, the captain should have closed every opening, lifted anchor, turned on the engine, pointed into the wind, and lowered the keel,” he said. “That would have stabilized the vessel. They would have been able to traverse the storm and continue their cruise in comfort.”
Cpt. Cutfield, for his part, told Italian reporters with la Repubblica , “We didn’t see it coming.”
Experts state it can take weeks to months for the Bayesian to be lifted from the sea floor for investigation.

Running a successful shipyard is a dream come true for the team behind NAUTITECH CATAMARANS. Passion for the sea and shipbuilding is shared throughout every department, and this passion is a fundamental foundation for our company. At Nautitech, we believe that navigation must be at the heart of a multihull's DNA. While the current market trend increasingly promotes the catamaran experience as a static one, we design boats that are remarkable when stationary and when blue water cruising. An alliance between high-end comfort and demanding design, robust construction and excellent performance for intense marine use. Our customers expect us to be able to sail by maximizing their experience on the water as well as the sensations felt. It is therefore imperative for us to project the future of our catamarans in solutions combining ease of use, comfort in navigation, performance, safety in all wind conditions.

Well, we are obviously talking top end luxury on this Supercat. She will sleep up to 12 guests in 5 comfortable en-suite cabins. Plus a crew of 10 crew onboard. The 2 VIP cabins on the main deck have access to the forward terrace lounge forward. It’s a yacht that not even the Sunreef Yachts luxury range can compete with.

VPLP has a solid reputation for designing multihulls with projects ranging from ultra-light carbon racing cats to the 138-foot custom catamaran Douce France—previously the world’s largest luxury cat—built at Alumarine in 1999.
Wow Factor Michael Leach was responsible for the interior design – and he had a lot of space to work with. She’s very luxurious yet practical. Watersports include windsurfers, wakeboards, Seabobs, waterskis and so on. The port hull has a fully stocked dive centre that can handle both Air and NITROX tank fills. Just raise the lift-up steps aft to reveal the ultimate dive locker.
Let´s just say, there is a lot of it on Hemisphere!
The oval dining table for 12 has a map of the world etched into its glass top. There´s also a huge dining area below.
Huge Space The huge teak aft deck below is a real WOW factor and this space fits 2 seating areas, a large sunbed and a big oval table set in the shade for lunch when the sun is overhead. The entire area can be closed off with an ‘Eissen glass’ screen and cooled from A/C units located under the flybridge sun pad.
On the main deck, 2 curved sliding doors connect the aft deck with its dining and lounging areas to a 100 m2 saloon, with several zones including a seating area with fantastic views.
Forward of that is a small lobby that leads to the guest cabin in the port hull, a day head to starboard and 2 VIP cabins.
Signature Sugar Scoops And those daybeds at the top of the sugar scoops- let´s not forget those. The whole yacht has been designed with an incredible attention to detail.
The crew quarters occupy much of the starboard hull. Forward is the mess and laundry area, and aft there are three well sized cabins. A happy crew means a happy cuise!
Hemisphere has a selection of tenders including a Castoldi jet tender stowed in the starboard hull and a RIB stowed between the two that is launched via bomber-like hatches.
5 Star Accomodation The TV room is on the main deck, and puts most 5 star hotels to shame. There are Wi-Fi and socket connections, Satcom and Cellular communications, Satellite TV, iPod docking stations and MP3 connections throughout the boat. There’s also 61″ plasma TV in the lower saloon, 42″ plasmas in the VIP staterooms and 32″ LCD TVs in the guest staterooms.
It´s all a far cry from the world´s best selling catamaran! (Read our Lagoon 380 review if you want to compare notes on the 2 boats 😉 )
And she can sail, too. She’ll regularly see 10 knots, and downwind the mainsail and gennaker add up to a total sail area exceeding 12,000 feet: Hemisphere can top out at 20 knots. It’s all powered by that mouth-droppping 53m (174-foot) 5.8-ton carbon mast by Lorima, which flys 865 m2 (9,321 sq ft) to 1118 m2 (12,037 sq ft) of carbon and spectra sails. Incredibly, this amazing catamaran is her owner’s first yacht. It’s a good job he can afford the crew!
A Catamaran with a Garage? Yes. One of the most famous Hemisphere catamaran design features is the “ailes de mouette” or seagull wings under the bridge deck which minimises bridge slam. On Hemisphere the wings serve a secondary purpose: there’s a watertight garage between the two hulls within the seagull wings.
For such a large vessel, she has a very low drag so only requires relatively small engines for her size : energy consumption and noise are kept to a minimum. Midships in each hull are 2 engine rooms with 2x Caterpillar C12s 490hp engines as the power source. There are 3 Caterpillar generators with a total output of 251kW, and there is a thruster fore and aft in both hulls to make life easier in the marina.
Other technical gizmos include a Radio Zeeland control and alarm system with 550 functions including monitoring standing rigging loads to fridge temperatures, plus programmable lighting; navigation, communication and the entertainment system that was supplied by HST with control units in each cabin.
Watersports
Check out this list of toys. Well, if you have the space…..
This cat has been designed for maximising watersports fun. The owners are keen divers, and in fact the initial brief for the yacht came from this angle. A hydraulic swim platform means access to the water is easy, and a springboard, attached to the stern, is a favourite with guests.
All the Toys and More The yacht carries dive scooters, two Seabobs, wakeboards, paddleboards and mountain bikes for onshore exploration. You name it, Hemisphere probably has it covered, including:
- Certified PADI dive centre
- 16.4m F&S Custom sports fishing boat with 2 x 1150hp engines,
- 8.2m Scorpion tender with 400hp engine,
- 4.5m Castoldi jet tender with 125hp,
- Full scuba diving facilities for 12 guests,
- 4 x SeaBobs,
- Windsurfers,
- Kneeboards & tows,
- SUP (Stand up paddle board,
- 4m inflatable water trampoline,
- Inflatables,
- 1m high 2.4m professional diving board,
- Snorkelling gear,
- Sports tournament standard fishing equipment
If you like exploring the underwater world, then you´ll like this next bit.
Hemisphere has a PADI-certified, Nitrox-capable dive centre for up to 12. The ship’s captain is a qualified dive instructor. And then there is the 16.4m (53.8ft) sports fishing tender for getting to those secluded dive sites as well as being a tournament-standard fishing boat.
Entertainment
- State of the art audio visual systems, satellite television
- Wi-Fi and socket connections
- 61″ plasma in lower salon,
- 42″ plasma in VIPs and
- 32″ LCD’s in guest cabins,
- Ipod/MP3 connections throughout the yacht.
- Sat TV (Seatel)Kaleidescape system with a big movie library
If you enjoyed this review, take a look at our Azizam catamaran review which is another classic custom boat – that one’s a smaller package.
Hemisphere Plan
This next section ( Pros and Cons ) is a bit tongue in cheek for this particular custom cat. It’s a process we normally go through on our other multihull reviews. We thought it would be fun!
- All of that space! Come on, this is the largest catamaran around, you are not going to feel claustrophobic on her.
- The garage is a unique feature on this boat. When you have that many toys, you need somewhere for them to go.
- For such a large vessel, she moves. You should see double digits on a beam reach in a decent breeze.
- If you break out into a cold sweat coming into the marina on a windy day, just think of the poor skipper on Hemisphere. Mind you, he or she has bow thrusters and plenty of power in the engines. Oh and the skipper is getting paid to deal with the stress.
- She’s not the cheapest boat to run. Those marina fees are pretty eye watering, and don’t talk to me about filling up with diesel. If you go on the usual adage of 5-10% of the boat’s value on maintenance every year, you are into 7 figures. I can believe that when you think of the cost of the crew
- Most of the power for the service batteries comes from the generators. A more modern design would probably have focused more on green energy. Still, there’s always room for more customisation!
Hemisphere was launched in 2011 and she still sits at the top of the Supercats list. That gives you an idea of how ambitious this yacht build was to begin with. This is the catamaran that all other luxury multihulls aspire to, a work of art from the same team that designed the humble Lagoon 380.
FAQs: Hemisphere Catamaran
How Much Did Hemisphere Cost to Build? Well, that´s not a number that is easy to get hold of, but we are looking at north of $50 million
Can you charter Hemisphere? How much is it for a week? Yes you can, this boat is probably one of the most luxurious dive charters around, but it will cost you more than a Leopard from Sunsail. You are looking at around $250k a week. Everything is negotiable of course.

Video: Italian prosecutor announces manslaughter investigation over Mike Lynch yacht sinking
A manslaughter investigation has been launched into the deaths of seven people onboard British tech mogul Mike Lynch’s yacht .
Mr Lynch and his 18-year-old daughter Hannah were among the seven people who died after the Bayesian superyacht sank near Porticello at about 5am local time on Monday (19 August).
Italian prosecutor Ambrogio Cartosio confirmed the news in a press conference on Saturday (24 August).
Mr Cartosion said: “I can confirm that the prosecutor’s office is currently investigating a so-called ‘crime hypothesis’ of shipwreck and manslaughter against unknown persons.
“However we are only at a very early stage of the investigation and the developments can be unpredictable, we are not currently excluding any hypothesis.”

New in-build Silent 120 Explorer to offer onboard aircraft and submarine
Austrian solar catamaran builder Silent-Yachts has announced a collaboration with aerospace engineers VRCO and U-Boat Worx that will see its new 36.7-metre Silent 120 Explorer catamaran offered with the option of an aircraft and submarine.
The new superyacht project, which is due to hit the water in 2024, has been designed with eco-friendly expedition in mind. The yacht will be fitted with solar panels that can power 40kWp of energy, enough for the yacht's hotel mode and with the capacity to recharge an electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft as well as a U-Boat Worx NEMO submarine. The solar panels can also slide outboard port and starboard to reveal a touch-and-go landing pad across the Explorer’s 13.85-metre beam.
“The trend is for bigger yachts and more luxury, more comfort, more water toys and more possibilities,” said Michael Köhler, founder and CEO of Silent-Yachts . “In the Silent 120 Explorer we designed a boat that is bigger in volume although not in length, and bigger gives the opportunity to store more of these toys. “We build catamarans, which means more beam and more space,” he added.
“We also build our boats with solar power and electric propulsion, and that means we don’t have to give a lot of space to an engine room, which means we gain room for things like a gym or extra tender storage. Finally, the extra beam of the catamaran form means the roof can accommodate an eVTOL aircraft. We can plug it in on board and it will be recharged in a couple of hours.
The aircraft will offer transportation for up to four and includes detection and avoidance technology, a ballistic parachute and low-altitude crash prevention systems. The technology is due for certification in 2024.
Meanwhile, the U-Boat Worx NEMO submarine offers diving to 100-metre depths for two people in an all-electric package whose footprint is smaller than two jet skis. It can offer eight hours of autonomy and positive buoyancy for automatic resurfacing at three knots.
Designed by Marco Casali , the multihull model started life as the Silent 100 but has since been extended by around six metres. Thee new Silent 120 Explorer has an impressive interior volume of 499GT, providing plenty of space for owners to make their own. Combined, the interior and exterior offer 900 square metres of space to unwind.
800kW lithium-ion batteries drive highly efficient 340kW e-motors, giving unlimited cruising potential. A cruising speed of eight knots is anticipated, while she is expected to reach top speeds of 16 knots.
While headquarters are in Austria, the Silent 120 is currently under construction in Turkey where the yard is also working on the 25-metre Silent VisionF 82. Part of a unique collaboration with Turkey’s VisionF Yachts, these models are built in aluminium, with four currently under construction.

Body of British tech magnate Mike Lynch is among those recovered from yacht wreckage, officials say
Italy Boaters Missing Italian firefighter divers bring ashore in a plastic bag the body of one of the victims of a shipwreck, in Porticello, Sicily, southern Italy, Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024. Divers searching the wreck of the superyacht Bayesian that sank off Sicily on Monday recovered a fifth body on Thursday and continued to search for one more as investigators sought to learn why the vessel sank so quickly. (AP Photo/Salvatore Cavalli) (Salvatore Cavalli/AP)
PORTICELLO, Sicily — (AP) — The Italian coast guard said Thursday the body of British tech magnate Mike Lynch is among those recovered off the coast of Sicily from the wreckage of a superyacht whose builders had called unsinkable.
One woman remains missing. She has not been identified, but Hannah Lynch, Lynch's 18-year-old daughter, is reportedly unaccounted for . The family had been celebrating his recent acquittal on fraud charges with the people who defended him at trial in the United States.
Five others were recovered by rescue crews following Monday's tragedy.
The Bayesian, a 56-meter (184-foot) British-flagged yacht, went down in a storm early Monday as it was moored about a kilometer (half a mile) offshore. Civil protection officials said they believe the ship was struck by a tornado over the water, known as a waterspout , and sank quickly.
Termini Imerese Public Prosecutor's Office investigators were collecting evidence for a criminal investigation, which they opened immediately after the tragedy despite no formal suspects having been publicly identified.
The chief executive of The Italian Sea Group, which owns the Bayesian's manufacturer, told the AP in an interview on Thursday that superyachts like these are “designed to be unsinkable."
“And it is unsinkable not only because it is designed in this way, but also because it is a sailing ship and sailing ships are the safest ever,” CEO Giovanni Costantino said.
Costantino added that “obviously they must not hit the rocks violently, discarding the hull, and they must not take in water,” suggesting the second possibility was the most likely in this case.
Costantino also noted that sailing ships require “a greater competence” to be guided compared with motor boats.
Investigators are now looking at why the Bayesian, built in 2008 by Italian shipyard Perini Navi, sank while a nearby sailboat remained largely unscathed . Fifteen of the 22 people aboard survived by escaping in a lifeboat, including a mother who reported holding her 1-year-old baby over the waves to save her. They were rescued by the sailboat Sir Robert Baden Powell.
The sailboat's captain, Karsten Borner, said his craft sustained minimal damage — the frame of a sun awning broke — even with winds that he estimated had reached 12 on the Beaufort wind scale, the highest hurricane-strength force on the scale.
He said he had remained anchored with his engines running to try to maintain the ship’s position as the forecast storm rolled in.
“Another possibility is to heave anchor before the storm and to run downwind at open sea,” Borner said in a text message. But he said that might not have been possible for the Bayesian, given its 75-meter (246-foot) tall mast.
“If there was a stability problem, caused by the extremely tall mast, it would not have been better at open sea,” he said.
Yachts like the Bayesian are required to have watertight compartments that are specifically designed to prevent a rapid, catastrophic sinking even when some parts fill with water.
Lynch is the only person confirmed dead; the other bodies have not been formally identified by the Italian coast guard.
Besides Hannah Lynch, those missing are Christopher Morvillo, one of Lynch’s U.S. lawyers, and his wife, Neda; Jonathan Bloomer, chairman of Morgan Stanley’s London-based investment banking subsidiary, and his wife, Judy.
The body of chef Recaldo Thomas was the first to be recovered , on Monday. His death was confirmed by his family.
Friends of Thomas, best known as "Rick," paid tribute to him on Thursday at a favorite bar in the Caribbean Island of Antigua. Cooking for Lynch was supposed to be one of Thomas' last jobs before retiring, his cousin, David Isaac, told the AP.
Divers have struggled to find the bodies in the yacht's hull on the seabed 50 meters (164 feet) underwater.
“We would need a crystal ball to know when we'll be able to find the next body," said Luca Cari, spokesperson for the fire rescue service.
“It's very difficult to move inside the wreckage. Moving just one meter can take up to 24 hours,” Cari said.
