The overall layout of 4 Roses' entertaining and outside areas are very innovative allowing maximum use of the space and provides many different areas on the yacht for the owner/guests to be, whether for private sitting/sunning or with the group.

Owner's Cabin The Owner’s cabin is situated aft on the upper deck. This is truly a magic area with a 180-degree panoramic view from ceiling to floor windows, an outside private deck with ample seating and dining area. The Owner’s cabin is enormous with stunning views, an en suite that has to be seen to be believed, from the huge circular honey onyx Jacuzzi bath to the private study, shower, two heads and two comfortable couches, this is a very striking and private Owner’s area.

Guests Guest staterooms consist of two king bedded and two queen bedded cabins on the lower deck aft. The queen bedded cabins also have a single bed in each that can be used for children or for a short nap during the day along with a fold down Pullman berth. All guest cabins have en suite bathrooms featuring onyx and marble baths complimented by gem toned fabrics.

Crew There are 8 crew cabins (7 on the lower deck forward and the Captain’s cabin is located on the upper deck) for a total of up to 14 / 15 persons.

Entertainment System The extensive entertainment system runs through the yacht and is controlled by RTI remotes, Crestron remotes, and iPads via a Crestron router and an Autopatch router located in the main equipment center (MEC). The system uses Niles speakers that run through the yacht including all outside deck areas. Each of the 15 guest locations has its own RF RTI or a Crestron (exterior) remote. If requires, the guest areas can also be controlled by the interior crew via 2 iPads specifically programmed for this purpose. The guest cabins, saloons and outside aft decks have Samsung flat screen TVs. Crew cabins are equipped with TVs controlled by IR RTI remotes. There are 20+ audio/video sources on this vessel, most of which resides in the MEC. These sources provide satellite programming, audio and video on demand, DVD playback, AM/FM reception, Apple TV and various other viewing choices.

$1.5M price drop on 50m Oceanfast High Occupancy

A $1,509,000 price drop has been announced on the 49.9-metre Oceanfast High Occupancy listed for sale with Henry Schonthal at Reel Deal Yachts. 

Custom-built by Australian shipyard Oceanfast to a design by Jon Bannenberg and Phil Curran , the 1988-built yacht has been refitted consistently throughout her life, most recently with new hull paint and interior furnishings in 2020 and fresh ceramic coating and new audio visual and electric equipment in 2023. 

High Occupancy has a six-cabin layout with a convertible media room attached to an en suite. The owner's suite has a prime position on the main deck and benefits from his and hers bathrooms and a private entrance onto the main deck. With 499 GT to play with, her designers have opted for a light and bright interior with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout and plenty of convenient seating and dining options for guests to choose from.

Aesthetics aside, the motor yacht is also high performance, with triple MTUs and Kamewa water jets propelling her to top speeds of 30 knots and cruising speeds of 22 knots. She also has a shallow 1.6-metre draft that makes her well-suited to shoal water regions. 

Rounding out her list of refit works, High Occupancy also had new teak decking installed on the sundeck making her a yacht for sale in excellent condition. She is capable of carrying two Yamaha jet skis plus a 5.7-metre tender. 

High Occupancy is now asking $6,990,000.

BIG SKY’s 2018 refit focused on her interior spaces. Her owner commissioned Alder & Tweed Design Co. to collaborate in crafting new built-in furnishings and loose furniture for the main deck and skylounge spaces. The guest accommodations also were refinished and rearranged to create an ideal layout for guest enjoyment. The yacht also benefitted from all new soft goods.

The main salon features large aft sliding glass doors that provide ample natural light and offer impressive views. This comfortable space is perfect for pre-dinner cocktails or evening movies and relaxation. This newly minted space features modern touches and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Forward is a formal dining area with custom artwork. The master stateroom is found forward on this deck with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a deep sculptural tub. Additional guest accommodations aboard BIG SKY are found below deck. Three queen staterooms and one full stateroom with a Pullman welcome guests. Each is outfitted with en-suite facilities.

The yacht’s skylounge features a full, custom wet bar and opens to the aft dining table that easily welcomes 12 for a meal. Paola Lenti furniture farther aft is perfect for cocktail hour or lounging during the day. This space can be rearranged to be utilized for a multitude of different functions. The main deck aft also features a cocktail area and accesses the yacht’s swim platform, which is perfect for launching the water toys or taking a dip. BIG SKY’s sundeck is a big draw, offering a Jacuzzi and large sun pads well suited for spending the day soaking up the rays. A full bar and a comfortable lounge also are found on this deck. As the sun sets, this area transforms into an alfresco cinema.

BIG SKY runs with 10 crewmembers who are accommodated in four cabins on the lower deck forward and a captain’s cabin on the bridge deck.
