Gulet Kadena with a length of 32 m offers a lot of space and comfort. With a guest capacity of 12 people on a ship of that size, you will feel like the ship is even bigger than it is. Luxuriously decorated, and with service that keeps up with that atmosphere, you will certainly enjoy an excellent charter on Kadena. Guest cabins configuration :

• Each of the cabins has wardrobe, 24 V/220 electricity, hair dryers, its own ensuite bathroom, home like, with shampoo, toilet paper, soap, shower box with curtain
• Beach towels:2 per person per week
• Bathroom towels: 4 towels per person per week.
• Additional beach or bathroom towels :  on request
• Bedding info : bed sheets are included in price.
• Air-condition: 6 hours/ day is included in the price.
• Twin beds are convertible into double bed, if requested

Deck: The deck is huge, and it offers multiple places where you can relax and enjoy your free time. At the front of deck, there is a sun bathing area with sun mattresses, perfect for getting a proper Adriatic sun tan. Right next to this area, there is a large cushioned sofa with two small tables. In the back of the ship, the outdoor dining area has a large table with chairs for everyone. Once you’ve finished your meal, you can relax while enjoying the soft cushions of the sofa behind the dining table.

Salon areas: The interior is divided into two parts, with one parts entrance being the salon, while the front part is entered from the deck in the front. The beautiful salon is spacious, and offers a very large dining table with sofas and chairs. The large windows let in plenty of light, but they also have shades in case you want to get away from the sun. From the salon, you can 3 cabins in the back.

Gulet Kadena is 32 meters long and completely renovated in 2008. She has 2 Double, 2 Twin, 2 Triple Cabins, thereby accommodating 12 guests, all in air-conditioned cabins. Each cabin has a separate WC and shower unit.

There is a spacious cushioned seating area, dining table and dining area at the rear of the boat. There is a separate dining table in saloon and your meals are prepared in a fully equipped separate kitchen. Kadena Gulet has enough sunbathing mats and space for all guests. There are a TV, DVD and music system in the saloon.

There are separate cabins for the 4 crew accompanying you on your cruise. The Crew organizes all meals, cleaning, maintenance, and daily activities during the cruise. Safety and comfort of our guests is an absolute priority and the crew has been trained to ensure that. They retire to their own cabins once there are no more jobs or when you need privacy.

GULET KADENA – YACHT FOR CHARTER

Gulet Kadena is an elegant  32 m long gulet available for private cruises in Croatia. Kadena has 6 guests cabins and can comfortably accommodate 12 persons. There is 1 master cabin with double bed, 1 Vip cabin with double bed walk around type, 2 double cabins with an extra single bed and 2 twin cabins. Each cabin has air conditioning and a private toilete with a shower tub. Maximum work of air conditioning is 4-6 hours during the day. More working hours of air conditioning will be extra charged. During the night the air conditioning is off.

Saloon of the gulet Kadena is spacious and consist of dining table for 12 persons and yacht’s bar. There is also LCD TV, DVD, and CD on guest’s disposal. Internet connection is also available.

The deck consist of sun bathing area covered with mattresses, dining area with large table for 12 persons and cosy sofa and another lounge area with cushioned bench and cocktail table.

Kadena offers a good selection of recreational equipment and water toys including tender with 50 HP outboard engine, water ski, canoe, snorkeling and fishing equipment.

This gulet has 4 crew members and they have their separated crew cabins so guests can enjoy complete privacy. The Kadena’s crew consist of the captain, cook and two sailors who are always at your disposal and whose service is warm and welcoming.

It is not obligatory for the gulet to be in the port each night, the gulet can also be anchored, which lowers the mooring fees

This Croatian wooden yacht is one of the most spacious vessels in her price category. Charter guests who will choose to sail onboard KADENA will experience a lot of comfort. Aft deck there’s a big dining table that’s protected from the sun. This allows to enjoy dining during the day without staying under the heat. A week rental with four crew members, Croatian VAT, fuel for the yacht for approximately 4 hours per day, 24/7 use of generator, air-conditioning, complete linen and towels, including beach towels, use of the water toys on board, arrival day dinner and one complimentary dinner during the week

Obligatory Extras: Half board (Includes full breakfast and lunch): €550 per person per week. An extra meal can be arranged during the week at €50 per person (Maximum two dinners per week are offered on board). Children age 0-2 free of charge, children age 2-10 have 50% discount. Gulet KADENA is a 35 metre gulet, with 7 en suite cabins, ideal for groups of up to 12 guests. KADENA is extremely well looked after by her owners and she is regularly updated every winter. This year, the makeover will include: new Jacuzzi on deck, new teak deck and lounging area.

The crew is long-standing, a local team, devoted to the gulet and their clients.

KADENA offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in seven en suite cabins: - Master cabin (mid-ship, taking the whole width of the gulet) - Two double cabin - Four twin cabins

KADENA’s home port is Split but she is also available for one-way routes between Split and Dubrovnik. Relocation fee might apply.

The prices shown are rates for a weekly charter and they include: A week rental with four crew members, Croatian VAT, fuel for the yacht for approximately 4 hours per day, 24/7 generator use, air-conditioning, complete linen and towels, including beach towels, use of the water toys on board, arrival day dinner and one complimentary dinner during the week.

Tax Status: Croatian VAT included in the charter rate.

Obligatory Extras: - Half board – includes full breakfast and lunch at €550 per person per week. - Children age 0-2 free of charge, children age 2-10 have 50% discount of a board arrangement. - Marina fees and port taxes - The cost will be paid out of the APA; the exact amount depends on the route.

Additional Extras: - An extra meal can be arranged during the week at €50 per person – maximum 2 dinners on board. - Water sport: €150 per hour for water ski. €200 per hour for jet ski . - One way charters are available with a relocation fee. - Transfer from/to the airport/hotel can be organised on request.

DRINKS/BEVERAGES OPTIONS: Beverages according to an on-board price list or one of the following options: - All-inclusive domestic package at €260 per person per week (includes: Croatian wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks, still and sparkling water, coffee, tea). - All-inclusive non-alcoholic drinks package at €150 per person per week. - Drinks supplied according to preference list. A €1,500 service charge applies per week.

Crew Gratuity: Although discretionary, a crew gratuity of 10-15% of the charter fee is customary.

CYBA/MYBA terms will apply.

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): APA is an estimate paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter (food, drinks, fuel, mooring fees, and anything else that guests might need while on charter). Final accounts will be produced by the Captain at the end of the charter and any unused funds will be refunded in full to the Charterer directly. If the funds are not sufficient, the Captain will advise the Charterer accordingly and bills will be settled upon disembarkation.

Croatia has strict regulations for operating a jet ski. Here is a list of accepted licenses for operating a jetski in Croatia – https://www.yachtingincroatia.com/documents/List-of-valid-skipper-licenses-to-sail-a-yacht-in-Croatia.pdf - If guests are not in a position of one of the licenses from the list, they will not be able to operate a jet ski during the charter.

Payment conditions: 50% of the charter rate within 7 days of signing the charter agreement, remaining 50% plus APA, at least 5 weeks before the beginning of the charter.

Our crew members share the same interests and work together perfectly. They all love to fish and will give their best to surprise you with the catch of a day or to take you fishing with them. They like involving our guests in boat life or taking guests to trips, organizing events, sailing to remote bays just to impress the guests and add more adventure to the cruise.

Our crew members are amazing team players, creating highly organized life on board. When it comes to wine and dine on the yacht, you will not be disappointed, our chef prepares very delicious Mediterranean meals, using only fresh local ingredients of the highest quality. He will always listen to your preferences and blend them perfectly into the menu.

CAPTAIN: Mateo Tomic Born 1991. in Split, Croatia. Languages: Croatian, English

Captain Mateo has been in the yachting business since he was a teenager. He gained wide experience being a sailor on various yachts and then a captain, taking his responsibilities very seriously and expanding his knowledge with different boat owners. In 2019, Mateo bought his first yacht, Andi Star, and was successfully doing charters, even through the tough pandemic years. His leadership skills and high standards in customer servicing expanded the network of his clients, therefore, most of the groups are already repeat guests or their friends and families. According to our captain, this is the most amazing achievement of his life. After a few successful years with Andi Star, Captain Mateo has just bought a new yacht, gulet Kadena, bigger and more luxurious, but he has kept his previous crew with him. We look forward to welcoming our guests on our new yacht and we can guarantee high end service and an outstanding cruise experience. Captain Mateo is highly dedicated to meeting all the expectations of our guests and strives to provide the most memorable cruises. His enthusiasm and skills in communicating with guests always creates the right atmosphere on board. Mateo is also very skilled in event planning, celebrations, trips, restaurant suggesting and booking and many more things to make each cruise care-free for our guests.

CHEF: Mihajlo Gligurovski Born 1987. in Tetovo, Macedonia. Languages: Macedonian, Croatian, English

Knowledgeable and dedicated, Mihajlo is a crew member willing to take on a serving role to support increased customer satisfaction and efficient hospitality operations. He is proficient in food prep in line with safety and quality standards and has a positive attitude and flexible menu. Mihajlo has been working in different restaurants as head chef but also as kitchen, staff and menu manager, therefore, he has gained precious experience not only in dining but also in different hospitality aspects.

Working with different cuisines, Mihajlo is expert in Mediterranean, Greek, Turkish and Macedonian cuisine, which will provide our guests variety of tasty meals. He has created his menu for the guests of gulet Kadena and is always ready to adjust it to our guests' preferences.

Mihajlo is not only very responsible and professional chef, he is also a very dedicated and family oriented person, being a father of three. He has perfect skills to please our guests with the most delicious meals and is always ready to adjust to different tastes and to meet a wide range of dietary requirements.

DECKHAND: Ivan Vuletic Born in 1993. in Split, Croatia. Languages: Croatian, English

Ivan is a very cheerful and positive crew member, always smiling and willing to assist with anything our guests might need. He is very attentive and always super energized. He will assist our guests with water sports, making sure everyone is safe and having good fun. Your captain is on board to help you navigate your way around the secluded villages, quiet bays, and historical towns of the Dalmatian Islands. Days are guided by whim, your itinerary having been set and discussed in advance with him, but it is flexible and can be modified should you want to change course. The captain is aided by a capable and convivial crew of three who ensure that all your needs are taken care of. The food on the boat is simple, yet inspired, and the chef prides himself on serving fresh fish accompanied by delicious Mediterranean salads and vegetables.

The most attractive part of the gulet is its aft, which is very spacious and designed to provide outstanding outdoor living. Feel the warm sea breezes as you enjoy a delicious breakfast al fresco, or simply laze on the covered daybed with a good book while the world drifts by. Elsewhere, the bow offers ample space for sunbathing on full-length deck mattresses, while the indoor saloon boasts the yacht’s bar which is big enough to accommodate everyone in the party. The 32-metre Kadena provides spacious accommodation for up to 12 guests in six en suite cabins: one master, one double, two twins and and two twin / triples. The cabins provide a comfortable night’s sleep thanks to the quality mattresses, high thread count sheets, and 24-hour air conditioning. There are plenty of opportunities to take advantage of the water sports equipment, which includes snorkelling and fishing gear, canoe, and water skis, but undoubtedly the most popular activity with children is to repeatedly jump off the boat into the clear turquoise waters.

PRICE LIST FOR SEASON 2024.

PRICE INCLUDES: week accommodation on a yacht, Croatian VAT, boat insurance, fuel for 4 hours of cruising per day, air conditioning, crew (captain, chef, waiter,deckhand), service on board, bed linen, and hand/shower towels, sun towels, cabins cleaning daily, arrival day dinner, one complimentary dinner during the week.

1) FOOD OPTIONS:

• half board (breakfast + lunch): € 550,00/person per week
• Extra dinner: € 50,00 per dinner per person (max 2 dinners a week)

2) DRINKS/BEVERAGES OPTIONS: a) Drinks/beverages taken from the yacht bar and paid according to consummation, in cash on boat b) All-inclusive option of Croatian alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and beverages (Croatian wines/beers/spirits, soft drinks, water, milk, tea, coffee): € 260,00 per person per week . c) All-inclusive option of non-alcoholic beverages: € 150,00 per person per week.

• If the all-inclusive option is taken, please note it includes Croatian quality wines from standard boat bar offer, specially ordered wines or premium wines are extra cost; foreign alcoholic drinks (like vodka, whiskey, wines, gin, champagnes etc.), cocktails, natural juices from squeezed fruit are extra cost, if consumed. d) Drinks and beverages supplied by guests – cork fee, no matter of the amount of drinks: € 1.500,00 per week

FOOD DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN:

• children from 0-2 years free of charge.
• children from 2-10 years 50% discount.

3) PORT FEES/ANCHORAGES, to be paid in cash on the boat Ports and anchorages have to be paid on spot in each port/anchorage (in cash), according to actual costs. The total cost per week depends on the selected itinerary/ports of call. It is not obligatory for the gulet to be in the port each night, the gulet can also be anchored, which lowers the mooring fees.

The most attractive part of the gulet is a stern deck, which is very spacious, designed to provide outstanding outdoor living. The stern deck houses a huge dining table with chairs and a cozy leisure sofa, while on the bow, there is a sunbathing area covered with mattresses. Another leisure area is situated on the bow, consisting of a cushioned bench with a cocktail table. The decks can be covered by a tent, which makes them ideal places to enjoy your cruising. The indoor salon of Kadena has a very inviting design, consisting of the seating area in light colors and the yacht bar. The salon is spacious and big enough to accommodate all the guests.

NOTICE ABOUT PAYMENT: 50% upon signing of the contract and confirmation of the booking 50% not later than 6 weeks before the beginning of the charter

ACCOMMODATION PRICE INCLUDES: week accommodation on the yacht, Croatian VAT, boat insurance, fuel up to 4 hours of cruising per day, 4 crew members wages, bed linen and hand/shower/sun towels, canoe, snorkelling equipment, paddle board and usage of all other appliances on the yacht

ACCOMMODATION PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: food, drinks and beverages, port fees, more than 4 hours of cruising per day (each extra hour is charged), more than 4 to 6 hours of air-conditioning per day (each extra hour out of marina is charged additionally), personal insurance of the guests, entrance to the National Parks, private marinas fees, check in & out in port different from the base port, guest’s expenses, tips for the crew

FOOD OPTIONS: – half board (breakfast, lunch) – full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) – for children from 0-2 years – free of charge – for children from 2-10 years – 50 % discount

DRINKS / BEVERAGES OPTIONS: – must be taken from the yacht bar and paid according to the consummation – drinks are provided at reasonable prices from yacht’s bar on board and it is not permitted to bring personal drinks on board

PORT FEES: – port fees are to be paid on the spot in each port (in cash), according to actual costs in port – the total cost per week depends on the selected itinerary / ports of call – it is not obligatory for the gulet to be in the port each night, it can also be anchored, which lowers the mooring fees

DEPARTURE DAY: Saturday DEPARTURE PORTS: Šibenik, Trogir, Split, Dubrovnik, Pula, Rijeka, Zadar, Biograd

CRUISE PERIODS: – cruises are 7/14 days on selected routes – 10 days cruises are possible on request and only in low season – one-way routes Šibenik – Dubrovnik are possible only if return-way will be guaranteed
